Nextlayer Labs was founded by Andrei Murariu with a simple goal: bring premium, made-in-USA 3D printed parts to riders who care about quality. We specialize in custom components for Tuttio bikes and other cycling brands, combining additive manufacturing with hands-on design and rider feedback.
What we do
We design and print bike parts — replacement components, accessories, mounts and custom one-off pieces. Every part is produced in our Columbus, Ohio workshop using premium filaments selected for durability, impact resistance and outdoor performance.
Why 3D printing
3D printing lets us produce small batches, iterate quickly and offer custom solutions that traditional manufacturing can't economically match. It also means parts that are no longer available from the original manufacturer can be reproduced and improved.
