In-person payment
All orders at Nextlayer Labs are completed in person at our workshop in Columbus, Ohio. We do not process payments online and do not store payment card information on this website.

Sales tax
Applicable Ohio state and local sales taxes are added to the purchase price, in accordance with state law.
Custom-order deposits
Custom design work may require a deposit before production begins. Deposits are credited against the final invoice. The terms of any deposit will be confirmed in writing before work starts.
Receipts
A printed receipt is provided with every order and is required for any return or exchange. Please keep it for your records.
