We want every customer to be happy with their parts. Our return and exchange policy is offered in accordance with applicable United States and State of Ohio consumer protection laws.
Return window
Eligible, non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of pickup when presented with the original receipt. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Condition of the item
- The part must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original receipt must be presented.
- The part must be free of damage caused by installation or use.
Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: custom-designed parts, custom-color prints, modified prints, and any item marked final sale at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Cash purchases are refunded in cash. Card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an eligible part for a different size, color or design of equal value, subject to availability. Exchanges for items of higher value require payment of the difference.
How to make a return
Returns and exchanges are processed in person at our workshop during regular business hours. Please bring the part and your original receipt to:

Defective parts
If you believe a part is defective, please contact us within 14 days of pickup at [email protected] or +1 (380) 208-4182. Verified manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the United States or the State of Ohio.
