1. Use of the Website

2. No online sales
Nextlayer Labs does not sell products online. All orders are completed in person at our workshop located at 472 Hosack St, Columbus, OH 43207. Product listings on the Website are not binding offers and do not guarantee availability or price.
3. Custom orders
Custom design and printing work is subject to a separate written quote that includes price, lead time, materials and deliverables. Any deposit terms will be specified in the quote. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Nextlayer Labs or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any content from the Website without our prior written permission. "Tuttio" and any other third-party brand names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Nextlayer Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party bicycle manufacturer; references to such brands are descriptive only and indicate compatibility.
